By agreeing to use the Platform and/ or purchasing a Product on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. Terms Of Shipping And Delivery

We partner with a third-party logistic provider in order to process shipping and the timely delivery of the Product to you. We will provide the details of the logistics partner, who will process the shipping and delivery of the products ordered by you on this platform once the Product is processed and successfully handed over to the logistics partner by us. Our standard dispatch time is 24 hours from the time you place the product order on the platform.

You agree and acknowledge that for effective, timely delivery of the Product purchased by you, we may inquire or collect specific information about you, like your name, shipping address, landmark, area, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all the information you submit on this platform is true, accurate, and sufficient to reach and identify the actual place of delivery.

You understand that you will bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us in delivering your Products due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient and accurate information at the time of placing the order. It is further clarified that we will not be liable in any manner and at any point in time due to your failure to provide true information.

In case, if you are not present or available to accept the delivery of your Product at the designated place. Our logistic partner will make a maximum of three attempts in three days to deliver the products. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful we reserve the right to cancel the order purchased by you. We further reserve the right to deduct shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing the refunds subsequent to such cancellation.

While we make reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Products ordered by you are delivered in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you.

You accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of –

  • Logistical issues beyond our control
  • Unsuitable weather condition
  • Employee lock-outs or strikes
  • Other unforeseeable circumstances
  • Political disruption and governmental restrictions

In such events of delay, we shall make reasonable attempts to inform you by writing to your email and contact number registered to us. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform or notify you about the delay in the delivery of purchased products on this platform. We shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may arise on account of delay in the shipment or the delivery of the products.

Shipping Policy

  • We ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition in the fastest time possible. All the orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of placing the order.
  • Although we strive hard to deliver orders within the given turnaround time, there may be rare instances when an order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Products that require separate shipping charges will be indicated on the product detail page when the order is placed.
  • We can process only one shipping address per order. If you like to ship products to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders for each of them.
  • The amount mentioned on the payment page will be the final payable amount for the product.
  • Prices are inclusive of all taxes according to the (terms & conditions applied).
  • Delivery of an order will be completed when the products are delivered to the address provided to us.
  • The delivery days mentioned are approximate only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier’s name and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
  • By placing the order from the website Pillsanxiety.com, you authorize our logistics partner to get in touch with you for any concerns regarding their services.
  • Once applied, customs shall be borne by the customer. For the return of an order, the amount of the customs applied will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Customer Support

You may direct any query or concerns about the relating to the shipping and delivery of the products as per this policy to our customer support team who can be contacted.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, shipping costs and taxes shall be paid by the customer. The convenience fee will not be refunded to customers in the event of the return of a delivered order.

Convenience Fee

All orders will be charged the nominal shipping cost of $35 for USPS and $50 for FedEx. A convenience fee depends on the order quantity and area pin code. ‘Pills Anxiety’ reserves the right to occasionally change/modify the convenience fee.

Amendments and Modifications

We reserve the right to change, alter, or modify the terms of this agreement at its sole discretion without giving any notice to and without needing to seek approval from the customers. Such modified terms and conditions shall persuade these terms and conditions and shall become binding when published online on the website.
